摘　　要：根据统计学原理,对1FT5交流伺服电机产品以顺序随机抽样为基础,对抽样数据进行统计计算,建立了1FT5交流伺服电机加工工艺系统工艺波动图,通过实际建立的工艺波动图与波动标志的对比分析,表明所制订的加工工艺方案是可行的,可为解决类似的工艺问题提供参考和借鉴。This paper analyzes the sample data on the basis of statistics principle,and establishes the fluctuations figure in 1FT5 servo motor processing system.By comparison between the real fluctuations figure and fluctuations symbols,it shows that the formulated processing plan is feasible.The reference is given to solving this kind of processing question.
