脑灵汤及其萃取物对脆性X综合征的作用及机制的研究

摘　　要：目的:研究脑灵汤及其萃取物对脆性X综合征的作用。方法:选择Fmr1基因敲除小鼠50只,其中空白组、溶媒组、挥发油组(A组)、皂甙组(B组)、水溶物质组(C)组各10例,空白组使用健康的Fmr1基因敲除小鼠,其他四组选用抑制GSK-3建模,A、B、C组分别使用脑灵汤萃取的挥发油、皂甙和水溶物进行颈后肌肉注射治疗。比较五组小鼠的行为学结果。结果:水迷宫、AGS test及旷场实验中观察组3组小鼠表现虽然比对空白组有一定的差距,但较溶媒组出现了较明显的改善。结论:脑灵汤及其萃取物对小鼠抑制GSK-3模型的脑功能恢复有一定的疗效。Objective:To study the effect of brain spirit soup and its extracts on fragile X syndrome.Method:50 mice were given Fmr1 gene knockout,they were divided into the control group,solvent group,volatile oil group(A group),ginsenoside group(group B),water soluble substance group(C)group,10 cases in each group.The control group was given Fmr1 gene knockout mice and the other four groups with inhibition of GSK-3 modeling.A,B,C group were respectively given Nao Ling Decoction extraction of volatile oil,soap glucoside and water soluble intramuscular injection treatment of neck.The behavioral outcomes of the five groups were compared.Result:In water maze test,AGS test and open field test,the performance of the 3 groups in the observation group had a certain difference compared with blank group,but they were better than those of the solvent group.Conclusion:Nao Ling Decoction and its extract on inhibition of GSK-3 model in mice brain function recovery has certain curative effect.
