摘　　要：本研究探讨了模块化对R&D联盟内部风险、治理结构的影响,基于知识基础观和交易成本理论的视角对R&D联盟模块化、内部风险、治理结构进行了系统性讨论,并通过多个地区R&D联盟的大样本数据进行实证检验。研究结果表明:R&D联盟的模块化水平降低了机会主义威胁,并且降低了不协调性风险;机会主义威胁高时R&D联盟倾向于紧密的结构模式与复杂的合同,而当不协调性风险高时倾向于复杂的合同;模块化水平高时R&D联盟不倾向于复杂的合同,亦不倾向于紧密的结构。This paper discusses the influence of modularity on the endogenous risk and governance structure of R&D alliance.And then,it discusses the relationship among modularity and endogenous risk and governance structure of R&D alliance on the basis of knowledgebased view and txansaction cost theory.The results show that the modularity of the R&D alliance reduces the opportunistic threat and the uncoordinated risk.When the opportunistic threat is high,the R&D alliance tends to be in close structural and complex contracts;when the uncoordinated risk is high,the R&D alliance tends to be a complex contract;when the the modular level is high,R&D alliance does not tend to be complex contracts,nor tends to be tight structure.
