摘　　要：视网膜动脉阻塞是眼科急症之一,通常表现为无痛性的视力下降,最终造成不同程度的视力损害,预后较差,影响患者的生活质量。其发病机制复杂,临床中风险因素很多,包括心血管疾病、脑血管疾病、终末期肾病及眼周注射等。本文就视网膜动脉阻塞相关风险因素作一综述。Retinal artery occlusion(RAO)is one of ophthalmic emergencies,often resulting in painless vision decline and different levels of visual impairment,thereby leading to poor prognosis.It influences the life quality of patients.It has complicated pathogenesis and many clinical risk factors,such as cardiovascular diseases,cerebrovascular diseases,end stage renal disease,periocular injections.This paper will summarize the related risk factors for this disease.
