小切口改良甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺瘤的瘢痕美容效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨小切口改良甲状腺切除术治疗甲状腺瘤的瘢痕美容效果。方法选择该院2015-04~2016-08收治的70例甲状腺瘤患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各35例。对照组采用传统甲状腺切除术,观察组采用小切口改良甲状腺切除术,比较两组的疗效、临床指标及并发症发生情况。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后与对照组相比,观察组手术时间、住院时间、切口长度均较短,出血量较少,而瘢痕美容评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统术式相比,小切口改良甲状腺切除术能明显提高甲状腺瘤患者的治疗效果,减少术中对患者的损伤,缩短手术及住院时间,伤口较美观,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the cosmetic effect of modified small incision thyroidectomy on surgical scar in treatment of thyroid tumor.Methods 70 patients with thyroid tumors were selected as the research subjects in our hospital from April 2015 to August 2016,and were randomly divided into the observation group(n=35)and the control group(n=35).The control group was performed traditional thyroidectomy,and the observation group received modified small incision thyroidectomy.The clinical effects and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time for operation and hospitalization,the incision length and the blood loss in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of cosmetic scar repair in the obervation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the control group was significantly higher than that of the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional surgery,the modified small incision thyroidectomy has a better therapeutic effect,less damage,shorter time for the operation and hospitalization,and has a better result of cosmetic scar repair for the patients with thyroid tumors.
