摘　　要：冷链食品需求预测是奥运冷链物流系统的基础,较为精准的预测需求能够更好地降低实际运作中的不确定性,在降低食品供应安全风险的同时,减少冷链物流的压力。冬奥会食品冷链需求预测包括预测需求主体数量、需求客体的人均每日消耗量,基于二者得到冬奥会期间冷链食品每日需求数量。Demand forecasting for cold chain food is the basis of Olympic cold chain logistics system.The more accurate prediction demand can reduce the uncertainty in actual operation,it can reduce the pressure on cold chain logistics,while reducing the risk of food supply security.Demand forecasting for cold chain food of Olympic Winter Games includes the number of demand subjects,daily consumption per capita of demand object.Based on these two,we can get the daily demand of cold-chain foods during the Olympic Winter Olympics
