摘　　要：目的:研制使用便捷、省时省力的病床被套,减轻护士劳动负荷,提高工作效率。方法:反复研究和实验,设计出正面竖式开口"T型"虚边病床被套,并与传统尾端开口被套进行铺床效果比较。随机抽取护士6人作为实验者,每人使用2种被套套被套铺盖被各5次,每组共30次,使用正面竖式开口"T型"虚边病床被套为观察组,使用传统尾部开口被套为对照组,观察两组套被套时间及铺床质量。结果:观察组套被套时间(91±3.04)s,对照组套被套时间(119.23±5.01)s,两组差异有统计学意义(t=-26.40,P<0.01);观察组铺床质量指标:被头端两角饱满、被头无虚边、被套中线无偏移、棉胎平整无鼓包例数和构成比分别为28(93.3%)、30(100%)、28(93.3%)、29(96.7%),对照组相应指标例数和构成比分别为20(66.7%)、22(73.3%)、20(66.7%)、21(70.0%),两组差异有统计学意义(χ_1~2=6.67、χ_2~2=9.23、χ_3~2=6.67、χ_4~2=7.68,P均<0.05)。结论:正面竖式开口"T型"虚边病床被套,方便护士铺床、省时省力,铺床质量指标优于传统尾端开口被套,提高了工作质量和工作效率。Objective:To develop a convenient,time-saving bed quilt cover in order to reduce the workload of nurses and improve work efficiency.Methods:Through repeated research and experiments,a vertical front opening bed quilt cover with"T-shaped"virtual edge was designed and the bed-making effect was compared with the traditional open end quilt cover.A total of 6 nurses were randomly selected as the experimental subjects.Each of them was treated with 2 kinds of covered quilts 5 times each,30 times in each group.The front vertical opening bed quilt with"T-shaped"virtual edge was used in the observation group,and the traditional tail opening quilt was used in the control group.The time of the two sets and the quality of the bed-making were observed.Results:The time of bed-making was 91±3.04 seconds in the observation group and 119.23±5.01 seconds in the control group;the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=-26.40,P<0.01).The bed quality indexes of the observation group were:the quilt end was full with two corners;the quilt had no virtual edge;the middle line of the quilt had no deviation;The number of end-caps was 28(93.3%),30(100%),28(93.3%),29(96.7%).The number of the corresponding indicators in the control group and the constituent ratios were 20(66.7%),22(73.3%),20(66.7%)and 21(70.0%)respectively.There was significant difference between the two groups(χ1 2=6.67,χ2 2=9.23,χ3 2=6.67,χ4 2=7.68;average P<0.05).Conclusion:The front vertical opening"T-shaped"virtual-edged bed quilt cover is convenient for nurses to make beds,saving time and efforts.The quality indicators of making beds are better than those of the traditional tail opening quilt cover,which improves the working quality and working efficiency.
