急诊科护理三级质控互评互促的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨三级质控互评互促方式在急诊科护理质控持续改进中的效果。方法选取2017年3-7月我科急诊科开始实施三级质控互评互促模式质控后150例危重患者为观察组,2016年3—7月采取常规护理质控模式的150例危重患者为对照组,比较30名急诊科护士运用三级质控互评互促模式前后对质控模式的效果和护理质量控制指标的达标情况。结果观察组实施三级质控互评互促方式后基础护理、专科护理、护理病历书写、健康教育、消毒隔离等护理质量控制指标达标率均较对照组提高(P<0.05),护士对参与质控的积极性、沟通氛围、分析解决问题能力、团队合作能力、满意度也明显提高(P<0.05)。结论运用三级质控互评互促方式,提高了急诊科护理质控效果,并保障了护理安全及服务质量的持续改进。Objective To evaluate the effect of three-level quality control and mutual promotion model on continuous improvement of nursing quality control in emergency department.Methods A total of 150 critically ill patients from March to July 2017 when the three-level quality control and mutual promotion model was performed were selected as the observation group,while another 150 critically ill patients from March to July 2016 when conventional quality control was carried out as the control group.The effect of quality control mode and the achievement of nursing quality control indicators in the 2 groups were compared among 30 emergency department nurses.Results The qualified rate of nursing quality control indicators including basic nursing,specific nursing,nursing records writing,health education and disinfection and isolation in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Nurses’enthusiasm in participated in the quality control,communication ability,problem-solving ability,team cooperation ability and satisfaction in the observation group were improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The three-level quality control and mutual promotion model is effective for improving nursing quality control and to ensure the continuous improvement of nursing quality.
