摘　　要：目的分析不同程度鼻音功能亢进腭裂儿童的音质特征。方法选取3～14岁的69名腭裂儿童和15名普通儿童,应用实时言语测量仪对儿童所发元音/a/进行录音,并取稳定段分析基频微扰、振幅微扰、信噪比(harmonics-to-noise ratio,HNR)和倒谱峰值(smoothed cepstral prominence peak,CPPs)。同时通过主观评估对腭裂儿童进行鼻亢的等级分组。结果普通儿童和中度鼻音功能亢进(P=0.020)以及重度鼻音功能亢进(P=0.010)的腭裂儿童之间在CCPs上差异有统计学意义。结论与普通儿童相比,中、重度鼻音功能亢进腭裂儿童更易存在气息声。Objective To analyze the voice quality characteristics of cleft palate children with different degrees of nasal hypernasality.Methods The subjects were 69 cleft palate children and 15 normal children,aged from 3 to 14 years.This study attempted to get four parameters through the sound/a/,which were jitter,shimmer,harmonics-to-noise ratio(HNR),and smoothed cepstral prominence peak(CPPs).The cleft palate could be divided into different degrees of nasal hypernasality through subject assessment.Results There were statistical differences in CPPs between normal children and moderate hypernasality(P=0.020)and severe hypernasality(P=0.010)cleft palate children.Conclusion Compared with normal children,the moderate and severe hypernasality cleft palate children are more likely to have breath sounds.
