摘　　要：基于共性要求和个性化发展并重的原则,设计了实践创新能力培养体系;建立了大学生实践创新能力基本培养体系的支撑平台;创建了大学生实践创新能力个性化培养体系的支撑平台。学生实践创新能力显著提升,就业竞争力强。The cultivation mode of engineering practicing innovation ability was designed based on general requirement and individuality development.The support plate of basic and individuality cultivation of engineering practicing innovation ability of university students was established.The engineering practicing innovation ability of university students has been improved and the university students'employment competence can be promoted.
