能力本位教育在《通用航空运行与保障》课程中的应用

摘　　要：通用航空是民航"十三五"大力发展的战略性产业。为培养通用航空人才而开设的《通用航空运行与保障》课程,教学内容枯燥、教学模式陈旧,导致教学质量不高。本文针对实际教学过程中所出现的问题,将兴趣和能力本位教学模式引入该课程的课堂教学,通过对不同学生的兴趣点分类并设计制定合理的教学方法,使学生在愉快的氛围中掌握通用航空的基础理论与运行特点,同时提高学生多方面的能力,为后续的实验研究提供理论依据和实践参考。General aviation is strategic industry of the thirteenth Five-Year plan of civil aviation.For talent cultivation of general aviation,the course operation and support of general aviation was established.However,the teaching content was uninteresting,and the teaching mode was old,as a result,the quality of teaching was not good.For the problems in actual teaching,the interest teaching and competence-based education were introduced into class teaching of this course.Different interests of students were considered,and reasonable teaching method was established.The basic theory and operational characteristics of general aviation were studied in an atmosphere of joy.Meanwhile,many abilities of students were enhanced,which provide theoretical and actual reference for subsequent experiments.
