摘　　要：我校为实现"双创型"人才的培养目标,提出了"意识培养—素质提升—实践成长"分阶段的新型"双创型"人才培养模式,并有针对性地对不同学习阶段的大学生进行培养。这一模式具体分为五个阶段:准备阶段、意识渗透阶段、素质提升阶段、实践成长阶段、评估总结阶段。为我校进行创新创业人才培养改革提供了深刻的思想和明确的方向。In order to realize the training goal of"double creation"talents,our university put forward a new mode of"double innovation"talent cultivation,which is"consciousness cultivation-quality promotion-practice growth",and aims at cultivating students in different learning.This model is divided into five stages:preparation stage,consciousness training stage,quality promotion stage,practice growth stage,evaluation summary stage.For our university innovation,entrepreneurship,personnel training,reformprovides a profound thought and clear direction.
