老年医学科作为全科医学规范化培训基地的可行性探讨

摘　　要：执业医师规范化培训是医学生毕业后的必经阶段,其中全科医师培训不同于专业医师培训,其培训模式有待进一步探讨。由于分级诊疗的推进,对慢性病管理的重视,全科医师规范化培训的重要性逐步显现。但是由于承担全科医学规范化培训的三级甲等医院采用分科管理模式,缺乏全科医师培训需要的临床实践环境。而老年医学由于老年患者的疾病特点,决定其更多强调共病管理,强调精神心理疾病干预,强调恢复功能状态提高生活质量。三级甲等医院中老年科收治患者与全科医生实际工作中面对的患者存在共性,更重要的是老年病的治疗理念与全科医学治疗理念是高度契合的。综上所述,老年医学科作为全科医学规范化培训基地值得推荐。The standardized training of residents is a necessary stage for medical students after graduation.The training of general practitioners is different from that of professional doctors.With the improving of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment mode,the standardized training of general practitioners have more importance.Three level of first-class hospital used branch management model were lack of clinical practice environment of general practitioner training.While because of the characteristics of the elderly patients,gerontology is more emphasis on the management of comorbidity,the intervention of mental and psychological diseases,the restoration of functional status and improvement the quality of life.The patients of Geriatrics department in three level of first-class hospital were same as the patients General practitioner faced with,and the treatment concept of geriatric and general medical is highly fit.To sum up,it is recommended that the geriatrics department as a standardized training base for general practice.
