摘　　要：学术素养是研究生培养质量的重要体现,是取得创新性学术研究成果的关键影响因素。作为未来科技研发的中坚力量,学术素养的培育成为高质量研究生培养的核心内容。简析了研究生学术素养现状,剖析了学术素养的培育内容,探究了研究生学术素养的培育途径。Academic accomplishment is an important manifestation of the quality of postgraduates,which is the key factor of innovative academic achievements.As the backbone of science and technology research and development,cultivating academic literacy has become the core content on the cultivation of high quality postgraduate.This paper analyzes the present situation of academic accomplishment of postgraduate student,discuss the cultivation of academic accomplishment,and probes into the cultivation ways of Postgraduates'academic quality.
