摘　　要：本文通过文献研究法,以关键词"高校青年教师"、"科研能力"、"科研与教学"、"科研现状"检索CNKI数据库(2013-2017年)相关研究成果,在分析研究成果基础上,以天津医科大学为例,结合一流学科高校特点,随机抽取部分科研项目主持人进行定性和定量研究,以了解一流学科高校青年教师科研现状,并针对科研现状中存在问题,提出建设性意见。This study attempts to explore a possible strategy&the current research situation of young teaches in first-class academic university,and to study the young teachers'scientific research ability,with the example of Tianjin Medical University,with literature research method,qualitative research method and quantitative research method.
