摘　　要：学术交流是促进研究生全面发展,提高研究生培养质量的重要途径。本文阐述了研究生学术交流对研究生培养质量提高的作用,分析了目前开展学术交流过程中存在的问题,提出了相应的整改措施,对更好地开展学术交流,促进研究生的培养质量的提高提供了参考意见。Academic exchange is not only the important means to promote the all-round development of students,but also the important means to improve the quality of graduate education.In this paper,we expound the action of postgraduate academic exchanges on the improvement of the quality of postgraduate training.Furthermore,we analyze the current problems for development of academic communication,and put forward the corresponding corrective measures.Finally,we provide reference suggestions to preferably carry out academic exchanges and promote the quality of graduate education.
