摘　　要：文章分析了高职院校风力发电人才需求,提出了建设专业群的重要性。与国内外知名企业深度合作,采用德国"双元制"等多种人才培养模式,将"互联网+风电项目"贯穿到课程体系、教学团队、实践教学体系、专业群建设机制中,达到高职院校育人要求。The article analyzes the demand of talents of the wind power generation specialty group in higher vocational education.It indicates that the construction of specialty group is very important.It is crucial to Cooperate with well-known enterprise at home and abroad and to adopt variety personnel training mode such as German'Dual System'.'Internet+wind power project'is runned through course system、teaching team、practical teaching system and specialty group building mechanism.The demand of education of higher vocational education will be reached.
