蒙、汉族青少年足球运动员体能的差异性研究

摘　　要：分析蒙古族与汉族青少年足球运动员体能(身体形态、身体素质、生理机能)现状,验证蒙古族与汉族青少年足球运动员的体能的民族差异性.对选取的蒙、汉族共54名青少年足球运动员进行身体形态、身体素质、生理机能指标的测试,分析蒙古族与汉族青少年足球运动员体能的现状及民族差异性.汉族青少年足球运动员的身高、速度素质、爆发力素质、自主神经系统整体调节能力、无氧代谢能力优于蒙古族青少年足球运动员,蒙古族青少年足球运动员的耐力素质、肺功能、反应能力优于汉族青少年足球运动员.Analyze the current situations of the teenager football players’physical agility physical form,physical quality and physiological function in Mongolian and Han Nationalities;validate the nationality differences of teenager football players’physical agility in Mongolian and Han Nationalities.The physical forms,physical qualities and physiological functions of 54 teenager football players from Mongolian and Han Nationalities are tested to analyze the current situation and differences of these football players.The heights,speed qualities,explosive force qualities,overall regulation ability of autonomic nervous system and anaerobic capacity in Han-nationality football players are better than those of Mongolia-nationality football players.But Mongolia-nationality teenager football players’endurance qualities,lung functions and reactive potency perform better than Han-nationality football players.
