摘　　要：以转型为契机,高校需重新构建人才培养模式,由供给型人才培养转变为导向型人才培养,为社会培养所需人才。以本专业16级培养方案制定为研究对象,通过调研、分析,从课程体系优化、教学模式改革、产教融合推进、双师型教师队伍的组建、校企合作平台的搭建,以"卓越班"为试点等几个方面,修改完善,最终形成了一套切实可行的应用型人才培养方案。Taking the transition as a turning point,colleges and universities need to reestablish the training mode of talents and change from the training of the supply oriented talents to the demand oriented talents in order to cultivate the talents for the society.Taking the 16 level training program of Polymer Materials and Engineering major as the research object,through investigation and analysis,a set of practical training program for applied talents was lastly established from such aspects:optimization of the courses system,reformation of teaching model,integration and promotion of production and education,construction of teacher team about bi-professional teacher,establishment of cooperation platform of school-enterprise,and taking“excellent class”as a pilot.A practical training scheme for applied talents was formed.
