摘  要:石墨烯是一种新型单层碳原子材料,文中介绍了这种材料的特性,探讨了在电子领域中以其作为制造新型晶体管材料来替代CMOS的可行性,给出了制作石墨烯晶体管的方案并进行了仿真。理论上讲,以石墨烯作为材料制造的晶体管具有远超现今最先进CMOS的特性,但是在由于其特殊的能带结构,能否制造出石墨烯晶体管仍有待研究。Graphene is a novel monolayer carbon atom material.The paper shows the properties of this material,and discusses the possibility of using graphene instead of semi-conductor to build transistor.At last,a graphene equivalent circuit is introduced,and a simulation using this model has been done.In conclusion,graphene cells has a better performance than CMOS cells,showing the prospect of using this material in electronic field.This paper provides theory basis and possible measures based on the simulation.How to use graphene material in the practical application is still a problem needed to be solved.
