校企合作跨境电商人才培养模式创新研究

摘　　要：通过分析跨境电商企业对人才需求的现状及能力,结合经济转型发展需要和高等教育机制与体系,从校企合作形式和运营模式、课程体系改革,实践基地与应用等方面研究了复合型跨境电商人才培养模式。其中企业参与跨境电商人才培养的途径、方式、共赢模式是解决问题的关键。Through the analysis of the status of cross-border electricity business enterprise demand for talent and ability,to meet the needs of transformation of economic development,and the higher education mechanism and system,from the form of university-enterprise cooperation and operation mode,curriculum system reform,the practice base and application of some complex cross-border electricity traders to training mode.It is the key to solve the problem that enterprises participate in the way,mode and win-win mode of cross-border E-business.
