摘 要:利用动力学软件ADAMS/Car建立带有驱动轴系统的乘用车前悬架分析模型,重点考察动力总成位置调整对驱动轴滑移、夹角特性的影响。以某车前悬架为例,通过对内球节硬点坐标参数化处理,得到在仅对动力总成位置调整时的驱动轴夹角及总滑移量变化趋势,并结合布置要求,得到满足驱动轴系统布置的内节中心硬点可行域。该方法可有效避免动力总成调整的盲目性,同时能极大减少布置校核次数,对整车开发过程中驱动轴布置具有重要的指导意义。Using the dynamic software ADAMS/Car to build a front suspension analysis model with a driving shaft system,and focusing on the influence of the position adjustment of power assembly to the inner ball joint angle and axial sliding.Taking front suspension of a car as an example,through parameterization processing the inner ball joint coordinate,the trends of the drive shaft angle and total slippage can be obtained with the powertrain position adjustment only.Combining with the layout requirement,the feasible region of inner ball joint coordinate to satisfy the drive shaft arrangement will be obtained.The method can effectively avoid the blindness of power assembly,and greatly reduce the number of checking times,and which is greatly guidance significance to the drive shaft layout in the vehicle development process.
