摘 要:目的探讨广西百色铝矿区与非铝矿区老年人血清中微量元素与认知能力相关性。方法从广西百色铝矿区和非铝矿区分别抽取60~90岁老年人407名和390名为矿区组和非矿区组,两组人群的年龄及居住年限基本相同。采用简易智力状态量表(MMSE)对研究对象认知功能进行评估,并测定其血清微量元素含量。结果矿区组老年人认知功能障碍检出率(26.29%)高于非矿区组老年人检出率(6.67%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=47.43,P<0.01)。矿区病例组老年人血清中铝、铁、铜、锌含量分别为(747.16±22.87)μg/kg、(2551.65±165.13)μg/kg、(1652.07±19.03)μg/kg、(2767.66±165.25)μg/kg,矿区对照组血清中铝、铁、铜、锌含量分别为(415.71±5.64)μg/kg、(1270.00±21.50)μg/kg、(1267.00±14.99)μg/kg、(810.42±3.75)μg/kg,矿区病例组老年人血清中铝、铁、铜、锌含量较矿区对照组显著增高(P<0.01);与非矿区病例组比较,矿区病例组铝、铁、铜、锌元素含量显著增高(P<0.01);认知功能障碍与血清中铝、铁、铜、锌含量呈负相关(P<0.01);血清中铝含量与锌含量呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论矿区的铝暴露可能会增加长期居住在矿区的老年人的认知功能障碍的发生风险,认知能力与血清中铝、铁、铜、锌含量密切相关。Objective To investigate the correlation between serum trace elements and cognitive abilities of elderly people in aluminum mining area and non-aluminum mining area of Guangxi Baise. Methods The elderly people at the age of 60~90 years from Guangxi Baise aluminum mining-area(mining-area group,n=407)and non-mining-area(non-mining-area group,n=390)were selected in this study,the age and residential time in two groups were similar.The mini mental state examination(MMSE)was used to evaluate the cognitive ability and the serum trace elements content were detected for the research objects. Results The detection rate of cognitive dysfunction of the mining-area group(26.29%)was significantly higher than that of the non-mining-area group(6.67%),and comparison between the two groups showed that there was statistically significant difference(χ2=47.43,P<0.01).The contents of serum Al,Fe,Cu and Zn in the elderly people of the mining-area case group were(747.16±22.87)μg/kg,(2551.65±165.13)μg/kg,(1652.07±19.03)μg/kg and(2767.66±165.25)μg/kg,respectively;the contents of serum Al,Fe,Cu and Zn in the mining-area control group were(415.71±5.64)μg/kg,(1270.00±21.50)μg/kg,(1267.00±14.99)μg/kg and(810.42±3.75)μg/kg,respectively.The contents of serum Al,Fe,Cu and Zn in the elderly people of the mining-area case group were significantly higher than those of the mining-area control group(P<0.01).Compared with the non-mining-area case group,the contents of Al,Fe,Cu and Zn elements in the mining-area case group increased significantly(P<0.01).The cognitive dysfunction was negatively correlated with the contents of serum Al,Fe,Cu and Zn(P<0.01);the content of serum Al was positively correlated with the content of serum Zn(P<0.01). Conclusion Exposure to Al in mining area may increase the risk of cognitive dysfunction in the elderly people living in mining area for a long time,and the cognitive ability is closely related with serum Al,Fe,Cu and Zn.
