摘 要:脑胶质瘤是最常见的原发性颅脑肿瘤,起因于大脑和脊髓胶质细胞的癌变,目前仍难以治疗,部分原因是由于我们无法准确描绘肿瘤的边界,难以为诊断和治疗提供精确参考信息。随着磁共振多模态先进技术的发展,如何有效利用多模态MRI成像技术以区分胶质瘤正常组织与瘤体边界成为近几年的研究热点,本文就多模态磁共振影像区分脑胶质瘤边界的研究进展进行综述。Brain glioma is the most common primary brain tumor caused by carcinogenesis of the brain and spinal glial cells.It is still difficult to treat,partly because we cannot accurately describe the margin of the tumor,so that it is difficult for us to provide accurate reference data for the diagnosis and treatment of tumor.With the development of advanced multimodal magnetic resonance technology,how to effectively use multimodal MRI imaging for distinguishing glial tumor from normal tissue and tumor margin has become a hot topic in recent years.In this paper,the research evolving of multimodality MRI in identifying tumor margin for brain gliomas is reviewed.
