武陵山片区恩施州智力精准扶贫与乡村振兴战略研究——基于传统知识与文化遗产传承发展

摘　　要：以恩施州为例,介绍了湖北恩施土家族苗族自治州的传统知识、农业生物遗传资源、传统文化表现形式、特色村寨与名镇名村等,从传统知识与文化遗产传承发展提升角度,分析了集中连片特困地区与少数民族地区的智力精准扶贫策略与乡村振兴战略,并提出了几点建议。This paper introduces the traditional knowledge,agricultural biology genetic resources,traditional cultural expression patterns,characteristic villages,famous towns,and famous villages of Enshi Tujia and Miao autonomous prefecture in Hubei province,analyzes the intellectual precise poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategies of concentrated destitute areas and minority areas(taking Enshi prefecture as an example)based on the inheritance and development of traditional knowledge and cultural heritage,and puts forward several suggestions.
