摘　　要：笔者介绍了计算机机房计费管理系统、服务器端程序、数据库的开发过程及相关技术,以及程序系统和数据库的集成技术。通过编写计算机应用程序,与数据库技术结合应用,实现计算机机房计费管理、统计、查询等信息化管理。其中包括系统总体设计、管理员部分设计、用户管理部分设计等内容,以及数据库的安全管理部分的内容。TThe author introduces the computer room billing management system,server-side program,the database development process and related technology,as well as the program system and database integration technology.Through the preparation of computer applications,combined with the application of database technology to achieve the computer room billing management,statistics,query and other information management,including the overall design of the system,the administrator part of the design,user management part of the design and other content,as well as the contents of the database secur ity management.
