摘　　要：高校教师的教学工作量计算涉及每位教师的切身利益,也关系学校各级教学安排。因此,教学工作量的统计是每个高校教学管理中不可或缺的重要内容,也是教学管理部门的一项繁杂工作。教学工作量计算应公平、公正、公开,才能使一线教师更好投身于教学工作中。Microsoft Excel是高校教学工作量计算中的常用工具,将Excel函数、汇总功能与高校教务系统相结合,能够更好提高高校教学管理人员的工作效率。The calculation of teaching workload of college teachers involves the vital interests of each teacher and the teaching arrangement at all levels of the school.Therefore,the statistics of teaching workload is an indispensable content in the teaching management of each university,and it is also a complicated work of the teaching management department.Teaching workload calculation should be fair,just and open,in order to make the first-line teachers better engaged in teaching work.Microsoft Excel is a common tool in the calculation of college teaching workload.Through Excel function,the summary function and the college education system can improve the efficiency of teaching management personnel in colleges and universities.
