双微传播在医学科技查新中的应用创新

摘　　要：医学科技查新工作是指查新员通过计算机检索等手段,运用综合分析和对比的方法,根据委托人提供的需要查证其新颖性的科学技术内容,客观正确地判断其新颖性,从而避免科研课题重复立项。随着移动互联网的高速发展,微博和微信已成为人们获取咨询、社交的重要途径。笔者通过调研教育部医学类查新站和高校图书馆微信和微博的开通建设情况,从开通时间、推送内容、功能以及在科技查新工作中的应用等方面比较两者的特点,分析其存在的不足,深入探讨如何将微信和微博应用于医学科技查新工作中。Medical sci-tech novelty assessment is to check the new staff through computer search and other means,uses comprehensive analysis and comparison method,according to the needs of the client to verify the novelty of scientific and technological content,objective and correct to determine its novelty,so as to avoid scientific research duplication of the project.With the rapid development of mobile Internet,microblog and WeChat has become an important way for people to get advice and social activities.By investigating the availability and construction of medical novelty assessment stations on library WeChat and microblog,the author from the opening time,push content,features,and the application of science and technology search to compare the characteristics of WeChat and microblog,analyzes existing problems,and discusses how to apply WeChat and microblog to the medical sci-tech novelty assessment.
