摘　　要：围绕业务流程和规则,做好品类管理、产品池设计等补货管理准备工作,通过设计与企业自身业务匹配的补货模型和管控模型,提高补货准确度,减少因补货不合理造成的缺货和库存积压损失,优化库存结构,实现采购、销售预测、补货管理和库存管理的协同管理,有效提升供应链管理效率。According to the business process and rules,preparing for replenishment management and effectively improving the accuracy of replenishment plan by designing a replenishment model matched with its own marketing operation.Replenishment system is based on replenishment demand,thus achieves a systematic management of sales forecasting and inventory management which can improve work efficiency and service quality and reduce the loss of shortage and backlog inventory caused by replenishment inconsequence,then optimize inventory structure and improve inventory management efficiency.
