自适应模糊控制器及其在电解铝过程控制中的应用分析

摘　　要：随着我国科学技术的不断发展进步,在一定程度上推动了电解铝领域的发展进程。笔者主要针对一类被控变量不能直接连续测量的复杂系统,提出一种自适应模糊控制的方式,能够完全依照于控制的效果,主动校正相关控制参数,从而优化控制的规则。通过一系列研究实践结果显示,该种控制方法不仅能够有效满足控制提出的实际要求,还能够在一定程度上降低消耗。With the development and progress of science and technology in our country,the development process of electrolytic aluminum field is promoted to a certain extent.This paper aims at a kind of complex system which can not directly measure continuously according to the controlled variable,and put forward an adaptive fuzzy control way,can be completely in accordance with the control effect,the initiative to correct the relevant control parameters,so as to optimize the rules of control.Through a series of research results show that the control method can not only effectively meet the actual requirements of the control,but also to a certain extent,reduce consumption.
