摘　　要：笔者根据计算机信息管理专业人才培养方案和ERP课程体系,以《ERP项目实施》专业核心课程为例,调研企业信息管理岗位需求并进行职业岗位核心能力分析,然后有针对性地筛选相应课程核心学习模块,设计教学改革实施方案,根据职业岗位情景实施翻转课堂教学,应用微课技术,搭建ERP课程体系的网络学习平台,实现基于微课技术和翻转课堂的ERP课程体系教学改革与应用。According to the plan and ERP training course system in the computer information management professional personnel,taking professional core courses ERP Project Implementation as an example,the author analyze the core ability of occupation post investigation of enterprise information management and job requirements,then targeted screening of corresponding core courses learning module,designs teaching reform implementation plan,implements classroom teaching according to the turnover occupation situation,establishes network learning platform of ERP curriculum system by using micro class technology,achieves teaching reform of ERP course system and application of micro class technology and based on flipped classroom.
