摘　　要：VBA是Visual Basic For Application的缩写,是Visual Basic的应用程序版本。很多任务单纯靠Word的默认功能无法完成,借助宏与VBA则可轻松实现。通过一段VBA代码,可以实现画面的切换,可以实现复杂逻辑的统计等。本文应用VBA程序实现了Word文档中空段落的删除、表格中重复数据的填写以及自动行号的生成,为在实践中处理大量的重复性的操作提供了有益尝试和实践。VBA is the abbreviation of Visual Basic For Application,which is the application version of Visual Basic.Many tasks simply rely on the default function of Word can not be completed,with the macro and VBA can be easily achieved.Through a section of VBA code,you can achieve the screen switch,you can achieve complex logic statistics.In this paper,the VBA program is used to realize the deletion of the empty paragraph of the Word document,the filling of the duplicate data in the table and the generation of the automatic line number,which provides a useful attempt and practice for dealing with a large number of repetitive operations in practice.
