摘　　要：随着我国进入信息化社会,各种信息化设施、信息化技术被应用到各个领域,给人们的生活、工作带来极大的便利。笔者主要以企业信息化建设中实施的信息化项目管理为主要研究内容,分析了企业化项目管理的核心阶段,并提出几点企业信息化项目管理的对策。With China's access to information society,a variety of information technology facilities,information technology is applied to various fields,to people's lives,work to bring great convenience.The auther mainly focuses on the informationization project management in the enterprise informatization construction,analyzes the core stage of the enterprise project management,and puts forward some countermeasures for the implementation of the enterprise informatization project management.
