改良显微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨改良显微血管减压术治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效。方法将82例原发性三叉神经痛患者分为改良组和对照组,每组各41例。对照组采用常规显微血管减压术治疗,改良组在常规显微血管减压术的基础上进行改良。对比两组治疗后的疗效,记录并观察两组的并发症发生情况。随访2年,记录两组患者的复发情况。结果改良组的总有效率高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);改良组的手术时间、住院时间均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);改良组术后并发症的发生率和复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良显微血管减压术能明显提高治疗原发性三叉神经痛的疗效,降低并发症发生率及复发率。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified microvascular decompression for primary trigeminal neuralgia.Methods A total of 82 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia were divided into the modified group and the control group,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional microvascular decompression,the modified group was treated with modified microvascular decompression.The therapeutic effects and complications of the two groups were compared.The recurrence of the two groups was recorded after two years of follow-up.Results The total effective rate of the modified group was higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The operation time and hospital stay in the modified group were statistically lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rate in the modified group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified microvascular decompression can significantly improve the curative effect of primary trigeminal neuralgia,and reduce the complications and recurrence rate.
