脂质体包裹阿霉素在晚期卵巢癌腹腔热灌注化疗中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的通过检测晚期卵巢癌患者脂质体阿霉素(PLD)水平,采用不同的治疗方式分析其体内PLD水平的分布差异,为临床治疗晚期卵巢癌提供一种靶向策略。方法通过对22例晚期卵巢癌患者不同时间点灌流液及血浆中PLD水平采用高效液相色谱法进行检测,采用GraphPad绘图来进行比较得出结论。结果术中进行腹腔热灌注化疗(HIPEC)的患者其病灶处PLD水平远远高于血浆内PLD水平,并且随着灌注时间的延长,灌注液内PLD水平逐渐减少,直至手术结束后仅剩(11.700±5.600)μm,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);未进行HIPEC仅通过静脉滴注PLD的患者体内血浆中PLD水平远远高于进行HIPEC给药的患者血浆中PLD水平。结论晚期卵巢癌术中通过静脉滴注PLD与HIPEC结合,可以增加病灶处血药水平,从而减少药物不良反应的发生。Objective To detect and analyze the distribution of liposomal doxorubicin in advanced ovarian cancer patients with different treatment modalities,and to provide a targeted therapy strategy for the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer.Methods The plasma liposomal doxorubicin(PLD)content was detected by high performance liquid chromatography method in 22 patients with advanced ovarian cancer′s perfusion fluid at different time points.GraphPad plotting were used for data analysis.Results The PLD level in nidus was much higher than in plasma of patients undergoing peritoneal perfusion′s lesions,and the inner perfusion′s PLD content decreased to(11.700±5.600)μm after the end of surgery with perfusion time extension,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The plasma PLD concentration of patients who just accepted intravenous injection was much higher than patients undergoing peritoneal perfusion′s lesions.Conclusion It can significantly increase the nidus doxorubicin concentration and reduce the drug side effects by HIPEC to patients with advanced ovarian cancer.
