摘　　要：目前地方高校园艺专业人才培养存在着不能与行业有效对接的问题,通过构建适合地方高校本科园艺专业应用型本科人才培养模式,提高本专业学生的实践创新能力,对于解决毕业生就业质量和行业应用型人才需求不足等问题具有重要意义.Nowadays,there are many problems in the linking between the talent cultivation from horticultural major in local universities and the need of horticultural industry.The cultivation mode of applied talents majored in horticulture plays a key role in educating and improving the manipulative ability,analyzing ability and problem-solving skills of the students,by which the educating quality,opportunities to be employed and working abilities of the graduates can be improved and enhanced well,and the lack of talents in horticultural industry can be also solved efficiently as well.
