摘　　要：目的观察参麦注射液对非小细胞肺癌患者术后辅助化疗期间免疫功能的影响。方法将60例行术后辅助化疗的非小细胞肺癌患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组采用GP方案化疗,试验组在对照组基础上加用参麦注射液,分别于4次化疗前后,对两组患者的淋巴细胞亚群(CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、CD19^+、NK)指标及免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)水平进行比较。结果化疗后试验组的CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+、CD19^+、NK、IgA、IgG、IgM均显著高于对照组,CD8^+显著低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参麦注射液可显著提高非小细胞肺癌患者术后辅助化疗期间的免疫功能。Objective To observe the effect of Shenmai injection on immune function in patients with non-small cell lung cancer during adjuvant chemotherapy after surgery.Methods 60 patients with postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy for non-small cell lung cancer were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with GP regimen.The experimental group was treated with Shenmai injection on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The levels of lymphocyte subsets(CD3+,CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+,CD19+,NK)and immunoglobulins(IgA,IgG,IgM)were compared between the two groups before and after four times of chemotherapy.Results After chemotherapy,the levels of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+,CD19+,NK,IgA,IgG and IgM in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the CD8+was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenmai injection can significantly improve the immune function of patients with non-small cell lung cancer during adjuvant chemotherapy after surgery.
