丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗慢性肾功能不全的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗慢性肾功能不全的临床疗效。方法选择2017年1～10月于沈阳军区总医院肾脏病科住院患者,符合K/DOQI指南推荐的CKD诊疗标准,确诊为慢性肾功能不全(CKD3～5期)的非透析患者60例,随机分为实验组和对照组,在常规治疗基础上实验组加用丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗,对照组加用前列地尔注射液治疗。观察两组治疗前后的血肌酐(SCr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、血小板计数(PLT)指标的变化。结果实验组较对照组SCr下降明显,具有统计学差异(P<0.05),余观察指标变化均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液可显著降低慢性肾功能不全患者的SCr水平,且降低SCr效果较前列地尔注射液显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of salvia miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine injection on chronic renal failure.Methods 60 non-dialysis patients diagnosed with chronic renal failure(CKD3-5)who were admitted in the Department of Nephrology of Shenyang Military Region General Hospital and met the CKD treatment standard recommended by KDOQI guideline from January to October 2017 were selected.The patients were divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was treated with salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine injection on the basis of routine treatment.The control group was given alprostadil injection.The changes of serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),fibrinogen(FIB)and platelet count(PLT)before and after treatment between the two groups were observed.Results The experimental group was more significantly decreased than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).While there was no significant difference in the change of remaining observed indicators(P>0.05).Conclusion Salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine injection can significantly reduce the SCr level,and the SCr reduction effect of the salviae miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine injection is more significant than that of alprostadil injection.
