摘　　要：针对地震监测精密水准测量明码文件修改检查方面的不足,设计编程应用程序,规范明码文件的修改过程,提高了检查人员的工作效率。经测试,程序运行稳定,有较强的推广价值。In view of the earthquake monitoring precise leveling the shortcomings,the plain code file modification check design programming applications is made and the standard of plain code file modification process is normalized,the efficiency of the inspectors is improved.The test program is stable and has strong promotion value.
