摘　　要：学术期刊展现着最新的学术研究、科研成果和实践经验,发挥着科研平台和学术窗口的作用。学术期刊编辑的思想、立场、观点、观念和法律意识等因素对期刊有着直接影响。期刊编辑的水平决定着期刊的整体质量。因此,要编好学术期刊,既应重视对编辑的新知识补充、专业知识学习等职业素养的培训,也应加强对编辑的法律知识和法律意识的培养。The position,viewpoints and legal awareness of academic journal editors have a direct impact on journals.The saying that"What's the editor,what's the magazine"not only explains the close relationship between editors and periodicals,but also reveals the great importance of cultivating the legal consciousness of journal editors so that the academic journals can be well edited.
