摘  要:[目的]通过响应面分析法对山楂多酚的微波提取工艺条件进行优化。[方法]以不同体积分数的乙醇水溶液为提取剂,以微波时间、微波功率、液料比、乙醇体积分数四个因素为自变量进行单因素试验,然后以总多酚的提取得率为响应值,用响应面法优化提取工艺条件。[结果]微波法提取山楂中总多酚的最佳提取条件为:微波功率320 W,微波时间45 s,液料比30∶1(m L/g),乙醇体积分数60%。在此条件下,山楂多酚的提取得率可以达到42.31 mg/g。[结论]微波提取法可用于山楂多酚的有效提取,可为山楂多酚的工业化制备及进一步研究提供参考依据。〔Objective〕To optimize the microwave extraction process of hawthorn polyphenols used by response surface methodology.〔Methods〕In the extraction process,ethanol was used as the extractant,and the single factor experiment was carried out with four factors:microwave time,microwave power,liquid to material ratio and ethanol concentration.Then,the response rate of total polyphenol was used as the response value to further optimize the design experiment.〔Results〕The microwave extraction rate was 320 W,the microwave time was 45 s,the ratio of liquid to material was 30∶1(mL/g)and the volume fraction of ethanol was 60%.Under the conditions,the extraction rate of hawthorn polyphenols can reach 42.31 mg/g.〔Conclusion〕The microwave extraction method can be used for the effective extraction of hawthorn polyphenol,which can provide reference for the industrial preparation and further study of hawthorn polyphenol.
