樱桃汁对动物实验性冻伤的治疗作用

摘　　要：[目的]研究樱桃汁对动物实验性冻伤的治疗作用。[方法]采用低温-18℃冷液浸泡家兔双耳,-25℃低温乙醇浸泡大鼠双后足趾制造冻伤模型,在冻伤24 h和6 h时分别在冻伤区涂樱桃汁及冻疮膏,观察冻伤区皮肤的变化。[结果]樱桃汁对家兔双耳冻伤和大鼠足趾冻伤均有明显的治疗作用。与冻疮膏组无明显差异,与空白对照组差异显著,P<0.01。[结论]樱桃汁对各种动物不同部位的冻伤均有较佳的疗效。〔Objective〕to study the cherry juice to animal experimental effect of frostbite.〔Methods〕using low temperature 18℃cold soaking liquid of rabbit ears,25℃low temperature ethanol soak double digit after making frostbite model rats,24 h and 6 h respectively in frostbite frostbite area with cherry juice and chilblain cream,then observe the changes of frostbite areas of skin.〔Results〕the cherry juice of rabbit ears frostbite and rats toes frostbite has obvious therapeutic effect.No obvious difference with chilblain cream group,with significant difference was found in blank control group,P<0.01.〔Conclusion〕frostbite from different parts of the cherry juice in all kinds of animals have better curative effect.
