摘　　要：本文阐述了定向直招士官生军政训练的必要性,分析了当前在士官生培养过程中影响军政课程教学质量的原因,提出从加强认识、合理设置课程、完善考评体系、优化资源配置和创建军旅文化等方面提高士官生的培养质量。为军队培养输送更多政治和军事素养高的专业技术人才。This essay firstly points out the necessity of military and political education for sergeant students recruited in colleges,then analyzes the factors that influence the teaching quality of military and political course,finally puts forward the way to improve the sergeant education quality from the aspects of ideology education,course setting,assessment,resources optimization and military culture construction,etc.In this way,more professional and technical personnel with high political and military quality can be trained for the army.
