摘  要:某电厂2×125 MW火力发电机组因环保及调峰要求,需要长期停机。为防止锅炉等热力设备的停用腐蚀,采用"热风干燥+气相缓蚀剂"法对机组实施停炉保养,对机组的保养状况进行局部检查,结果表明机组热力系统保养总体状况良好,无明显的大面积腐蚀现象,各个热力设备挂片腐蚀速率均比较低,均在0.04 mm/a以下,提高了机组水汽品质,降低了锅炉结垢风险,保证了机组运行的安全性与经济性。本方法适应性较广,保养效果良好,解决了生产实践中的难题,为火力发电机组停炉保养工作提供一定参考。The 2×125 MW thermal power unit needs long-term shutdown because of environmental protection and peak-regulating requirements.In order to prevent corrosion of boilers and other thermal equipments,the measures of hot air drying and vapour phase inhibitor(VPI)are applied on the unit maintenance.Some equipment of the units are checked after the measures implemented.The maintenance of thermal system is proved to be good and there is no obvious corrosion phenomenon.The corrosion rate of each equipment is lower than that of 0.04 mm/a.The method can effectively control the corrosion of the thermal system during the outage of the unit,thereby improving the steam quality of the unit,reducing the risk of boiler scaling,and ensuring the safety and economy of the unit operation.The method has wide adaptability,which solves the difficult problems in production practice,and provides reference for the maintenance of thermal power plant.
