甲钴胺与维生素B_1联合维生素B_(12)治疗视神经炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析甲钴胺与维生素B_1联合维生素B_(12)治疗视神经炎的临床研究。方法选择2017年6月~2017年11月本院收治80例视神经炎患者展开临床研究,患者随机分为两组。观察组(n=40)予以甲钴胺治疗,对照组(n=40)使用维生素B_1联合维生素B_(12)进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后的临床效果,视觉诱发电位、视野检查结果。结果治疗前,两组均出现潜伏期延长、P100波振幅减少;治疗后,观察组视觉诱发电位检查效果优于对照组;治疗后观察组缺损度和光敏值优于对照组;观察组治疗有效率95.0%,高于对照组的82.5%;两组对比差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲钴胺在视神经炎的临床治疗中,能够提升患者临床治疗效果,改善视野缺损恢复情况及电位检查结果,有利于患者术野范围及视力水平的提升,因此具有较好的临床应用价值。Objective To analyze the clinical study of Mecobalamin Combined with vitamin B1 and vitamin B12 in the treatment of optic neuritis.Methods 80 cases of optic neuritis were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to November 2017,and the patients were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group(n=40)by methylcobalamin,control group(n=40)the use of vitamin B1 combined with vitamin B12 treatment.The clinical effect,the visual evoked potential and the visual field examination were compared before and after the treatment of the two groups.Results Before treatment,the two group showed prolonged latency,amplitude of P100 wave decreased;after treatment,the observation group was superior to visual evoked potential examination effect of control group;after treatment observation group defect degree and photosensitive value than the control group;the observation group the total effective rate was 95.0%,higher than 82.5%in the control group;differences between two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mecobalamin in the treatment of optic neuritis,can improve the clinical treatment effect,improve the visual field defect restoration and potential results,is beneficial to patients and enhance the level of visual field,so it has better clinical application value.
