摘　　要：相较传统城市公共自行车,ofo利用"互联网+出行"获得了巨大成功。以交易成本为视角,分析ofo商业模式及其优点,研究ofo交易成本的构成及其产生的原因,揭示ofo存在的管理困境,并提出了针对性的建议措施。Compared with the traditional city public bicycle,ofo made the great success by“Internet plus travel”.Based on transaction cost theories,the paper analyzes business mode of ofo and it’s advantages,discusses the ofo’s transanction cost composition constitution and source,reveals the management dilemma of ofo,finally puts forward specific suggestions for government and enterprises.
