摘  要:目的观察家兔心房内向整流钾2.1(Kir2.1)通道mRNA表达的增龄性变化。方法选择家兔24只,分为幼年组(14~21 d)、成年组(8~10个月)、老年组(30~35个月),每组8只。采用实时荧光定量PCR检测各组家兔心房组织的钾内向整流通道超家族J成员2(KCNJ2)mRNA表达情况。结果幼年组、成年组及老年组的KCNJ2 mRNA相对表达量依次升高(均P<0.05)。结论 Kir2.1通道在转录水平随着年龄增加而发生变化,这可能是老年人房颤高发生率的因素之一。Objective To observe the age-related changes in mRNA expression of inward rectifier potassium 2.1(Kir2.1)channel of rabbit atrial tissues.Methods Twenty-four rabbits were divided into infancy group(aged 14-21 days),mature group(aged 8-10 months)and senile group(aged 30-35 months),with 8 rabbits in each group.The mRNA expression of inward rectifier potassium voltage-gated channel subfamily J,member 2(KCNJ 2)were analyzed in the rabbit atrial tissues of each group by quantitative real-time PCR.Results The related expressions of KCNJ 2 mRNA increased in the order of the infancy group,the mature group and the senile group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The transcription level of Kir2.1 channel changes with the increase of age,which is probably one of the factors influencing the high incidence rate of atrial fibrillation in the elderly.
