摘  要:为测定湘沙猪配套系父系猪肥育和胴体性状,试验选择生长发育正常、体重30 kg左右、系谱档案完整的新美系大约克和巴克夏猪各16头,公母各半,按品种分2栏饲养。试验期间,各组猪饲喂相同营养水平饲粮(前期消化能13.33 MJ/kg,粗蛋白质16.54%;后期消化能13.53 MJ/kg,粗蛋白质15.14%),肥育试验结束后,每组分别选择6头猪(3公3母)进行屠宰测定。结果表明:试验全期,大约克猪日增重显著高于巴克夏猪84.17 g(P<0.05),料重比均低于巴克夏猪。大约克猪屠宰率和胴体直长均高于巴克夏猪,屠宰率比巴克夏猪高2.55个百分点(P<0.05),胴体直长比巴克夏猪高3.59%(P<0.01)。巴克夏猪3点平均膘厚显著高于大约克猪0.48 cm(P<0.05),脂率和皮率极显著高于大约克猪(P<0.01);巴克夏猪眼肌面积显著低于大约克猪7.34 cm^2(P<0.05);瘦肉率极显著低于大约克猪7.49个百分点(P<0.01)。综上所述:在该试验条件下,大约克猪生长速度较快,体型长,瘦肉率高,适合作为湘沙猪配套系终端父本;巴克夏猪生长速度较慢,但其脂率较高,适合作为湘沙猪配套系母系父本培育。For the analysis differences of growth performance and carcass traits of Xiangsha Synthetic Sire Line Pigs.16 Yorkshire and Berkshire pigs,normal growth and development,with body weight of about 30 kg,divided into two columns by species breeding.During the test,all of the pigs were fed with the same nutritional level diet(prophase:DE 13.33 MJ/kg,CP 16.54%;late stage:DE 13.53 MJ/kg,CP 15.14%),six pigs(three sows and three boars)were selected for slaughter test at the end of the fattening test.The results showed as follows,full test period,the average daily gains of Yorkshire was 84.17 g significantly higher than that of Berkshire(P<0.05);F/G,Yorkshire was lower than Berkshire.Dressing percentage of Yorkshire was 2.55 percentage significantly higher than that of Berkshire(P<0.05),carcass long straight of Yorkshire was 3.59%higher than that of Berkshire(P<0.01).Average thickness of three-point fat of Berkshire was 0.48 cm significantly higher than that of Yorkshire(P<0.05),fat and skin rate of Berkshire were highly significantly higher than that of Yorkshire(P<0.01).Loin eye area of Berkshire was 7.34 cm2 significantly lower than that of Yorkshire(P<0.05),lean meat percentage of Berkshire was 7.49 percentage highly significantly lower than that of Yorkshire(P<0.01).In conclusion,under the experimental conditions,Yorkshire pig grow faster,its lean meat percentage was high,body type was long,so Yorkshire pig was nurtured suitable as terminal sire.Berkshire pig grew slowly,but its fat rate was high,so Berkshire pig was nurtured suitable as male parent of dam line.
