野外生存训练课程对大学生寝室冲突应对策略影响的实验研究

摘　　要：通过查阅文献、问卷调查、数理统计等方法对野外生存训练课程对大学生寝室冲突应对策略的影响进行研究,结果表明:野外生存训练课程能够通过改变教育场域、更新载体形式、调整教育目标实现减少寝室冲突来源,改变冲突主体认知、体验、行为,消解冲突结果负性影响的作用。通过参与野外生存训练课程能够在一定程度上破解寝室冲突这一难题,从而起到优化寝室冲突的应对策略的作用。It is studied on coping strategies of field survival training courses to solve college students'dormitory conflict through literature review,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,and other methods.The results show that the field survival training courses changes the education field and updates the carrier form,adjustment of education target to reduce the dormitory conflict sources,change conflict subject cognition,experience,behavior,and eliminate negative effects.By participating in field survival training courses,we can solve the problem of dormitory conflict to a certain extent,thereby playing a role in optimizing the strategies of dormitory conflict.
