摘 要:为探索形状及结构可控的遗态功能材料,以苎麻纤维、树脂及硅粉为原料,通过模板转化法在不同温度下原位烧结制备出遗态SiC纤维织物结构陶瓷.利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)及扫描电镜(SEM)表征陶瓷的成分及形貌,揭示陶瓷形成机制;并测试陶瓷试样的密度、孔隙率及BET比表面积等性能指标.结果表明,遗态SiC纤维织物结构陶瓷属于低密度、高孔隙率的有序多孔陶瓷.纳米材料导致陶瓷的比表面积约31.68m2/g,纤维织物结构SiC以溶解扩散机制形核长大,并受织物纤维空间取向的限制.通过该工艺可以制备出具有复杂形状和特殊结构的遗态材料.In order to investigate morph-genetic function materials with controllable shape and structure,taking ramie,silicon and phenolic resin as the materials,the fabric SiC ceramic was fabricated in different temperature by biological templates.The phase composition and morphology of ceramic were characterized and observed to reveal formation mechanism of SiC ceramic by XRD and SEM.And the density,porosity and BET specific surface area were also tested.The results show that morph-genetic SiC fabric ceramic belongs to ordered porous of low density and high apparent porosity.The specific surface area of fabric ceramic is about 31.68m 2/g for nanomaterials.Taking carbon templates as direction.The nucleation and grown of fabric ceramic SiC is realized formed by solution-diffusion-precipitation process and restricted by spatial orientation of the fabric ceramic.Thus,morph-genetic ceramic with complex shape and special structure can be fabricated by this process.
